What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy healing practice that channels universal life force energy to facilitate balance physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
What to Expect:
The client has a choice between an in-person healing session or a distance session, which takes place virtually.
- During an in -person session, a Reiki practitioner lightly places their hands on or just above the body, allowing healing energy to flow through areas where energy may be blocked.
- During a distance session, the client will lie comfortably in their own space as the Reiki practitioner performs Reiki and sends the Reiki using the distance symbol.
- Through stillness, presence, and focused intention, Reiki flow helps restore harmony and vitality.
- Reiki is a safe and supportive complement to other healing modalities, offering a holistic path to inner peace and renewal.
